Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling power weeders and other agricultural machinery through dealers, distributors, and direct customer visits. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./Bsc Agricultural Engineering, or any Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales are preferred.
- Experience in dealer network development is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices.
Working Conditions
- Extensive field travel.
- Frequent visits to dealers, and distributors.
- Participation in agricultural exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
Salary Range
Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive monthly sales incentives, TA/DA, mobile allowance, and performance bonus (as per company policy).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
