About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 3D animation, product visualization, and CGI projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of 3D animation, CGI, product rendering, and motion design projects.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and production timelines.
- Work closely with 3D artists, animators, motion designers, and creative directors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Track revisions and change requests while maintaining project profitability.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Develop and improve project management processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of project management experience, preferably in a 3D animation, CGI, creative agency, or digital production environment.
- Strong understanding of 3D production pipelines, animation workflows, and creative processes.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
