Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, workforce deployment, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet management, or gig workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure service delivery as per business requirements.
- Manage rider staff allocation to optimize productivity and coverage.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Handle workforce concerns and ensure smooth field operations.
- Monitor compliance, asset management, and operational processes.
- Prepare reports on attendance, productivity, and operational performance.
Requirements
- 2 –3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet management, or gig workforce management.
- Experience managing riders, delivery associates, or field teams.
- Strong people management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
Note: Only candidates with relevant operations, logistics, fleet, or field workforce management experience will be considered.
