We are not looking for a passive receptionist who just "answers calls." We are searching for a dynamic Front Desk Manager who will own the patient journey from the very first hello. You are the "Director of First Impressions"—the face, the voice, and the energy that sets the tone for our premium services.
This role is for a confident, articulate, and high-energy professional who treats the clinic like their own business. You must have the rare ability to convert a simple inquiry into a confirmed consultation, manage a busy schedule with surgical precision, and keep the team smiling under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Acquisition & Conversion (The "Talkative" Edge)
- Inquiry Management: Handle high-volume phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries with promptness and flair.
- The "Art of Conversion": You are not just answering questions; you are selling the experience. Use your persuasive communication skills to convert leads into booked appointments by clearly articulating the value of our dermatological and aesthetic services.
- Follow-up: Proactively chase "cold" leads and follow up with potential patients to close the loop and secure bookings.
2. Front Office Leadership & Management
- First Impressions: Welcome patients with a warm, genuine, and professional demeanor that reflects the premium nature of the clinic.
- Flow Management: Orchestrate the patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize doctor efficiency. Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and the back office.
- Ambiance: Maintain the pristine presentation of the reception and waiting area.
3. Operational Excellence
- Scheduling: Manage complex appointment calendars for multiple doctors and therapists.
- Billing & Records: Handle billing, payments, and invoices accurately. Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure absolute confidentiality (HIPAA/PDPA compliance).
- Administration: Support day-to-day operations, inventory management of retail products, and general administrative tasks.

Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Prompt & Punctual: Time is precious in aesthetics. You must be organized and fast.
- Talkative & Articulate: You have a "golden voice." You speak with clarity, confidence, and the ability to handle objections easily. You are not shy about initiating conversation or making follow-up calls.

- Conversion-Minded: You understand sales psychology and know how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes."
- Experienced: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-end clinic, luxury hospitality (Hotel Front Desk), or premium retail environment is mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in clinic management software, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.
- Language: Excellent command of English, Malayalam, and Hindi is a strong advantage.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
- Variable Pay: High Incentives on conversion rates, upselling treatments, and patient retention scores.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
