We are looking for FSL (Field Service Lightning) Leads.
Here is the Job Description.
Experience: 5- 15 yrs
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce applications and solutions, experience with Salesforce FSL and Sales/Service Cloud is required.
- Must have hands on experience in Service Appointments, Dispatch console, Work order management, Resources, skillset management and FSL Mobile app.
- Operational experience of Field Service concepts, including technician management and dispatcher, assets management and scheduling optimization.
- Must have good hands on in Core Field Service, Field Service Managed Package and Field Service Mobile App
- Perform remote implementations of Salesforce Field Services Lightning
- Create and implement changes to objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email s, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
- Must be well versed in Agile methodology process for project execution using Jira, GIT, Agile Accelerator etc.,
- Must have good understanding of applying Salesforce best practices to meet the business requirements
- Good working knowledge in Integration Services using REST or SOAP API
- Must have worked in Test classes, Triggers Framework, Governor limits best practices and how to implement them.
- Must know deployment and testing strategies in Salesforce
- Must have working experience in IDE (VS Code, Eclipse), Changeset, ANT, Data loader, Workbench tools etc.
- Knowledge in continuous Integration and continuous deployment
- Production bug fixes and SDLC process
- Ability to interact seamlessly with all levels of the client's organization
- Strong focus on process improvement and business transformation
- Must have good communication skills.
