Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure Windows operating systems and basic Linux systems.
- Install and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and endpoint security.
- Install and maintain CCTV, biometric, and other IT infrastructure devices
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
- Ensure regular data backup, system updates, and antivirus protection.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
