Job Summary
PA Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to support our operations team in handling client documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating day-to-day paperwork. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and possess good communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Verify documents received from clients for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare, organize, and file client forms and operational documents.
- Coordinate with clients for pending documents and follow-ups.
- Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.
- Assist in processing financial and investment-related documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of operational activities.
- Update client information in the company's CRM and operational systems.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
