Department: Mall Operations – Gaming Zone
Location: Mattuthavani, Madurai
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the Gaming Zone and playing area.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient customer operations.
- Monitor gaming machines and ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of gaming machines, maintenance, breakdowns, and service activities.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline throughout the gaming area.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for machine-related issues.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Head Office.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Experience in mall, gaming zone, entertainment, retail, or customer-service operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
