Job Summary
KAS Home Elevators is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet customers, conduct site visits, and recommend suitable home elevator solutions.
Build relationships with customers, architects, builders, interior designers, and channel partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
