We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to handle Client inquiries, generate appointments, and support business growth for our aesthetic clinic. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convert leads into clinic visits.
- Explain aesthetic services (skin, hair, slimming, laser, etc.) clearly to potential clients; training will be provided.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Handle calls related to clinic services and treatments
- Coordinate with front desk and therapists for appointment scheduling
- Handle client queries, pricing discussions, and basic consultation guidance
- Re-engage old or inactive clients through follow-up campaigns
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
