- Job Title - Food & Beverage Executive
- Reports To - F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary :
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the smooth functioning of restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service operations. The role involves coordinating staff, handling guest concerns, monitoring inventory, and achieving sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and bar teams for efficient operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Support cost control and reduce wastage.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling to increase revenue.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Assist in organizing events, banquets, and special promotions.
Required Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred.
- Knowledge of food service standards and customer handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
