Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen our doctor referral network and expand our hospital's reach through strategic B2B marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and prior experience in healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, scan centers, laboratories, and pharmacies.
- Execute doctor referral marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals.
- Organize and coordinate B2B medical camps in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and pharmacies.
- Visit healthcare professionals regularly to promote the hospital's fertility, maternity, and women's healthcare services.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral partners within the assigned district.
- Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain referral databases.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years in Healthcare Marketing, Doctor Referral Marketing, Hospital Business Development, or as a Medical Representative. Freshers also invited
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel within the district for field marketing activities.
