Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven HR Marketing Executive to champion our employer brand. You will bridge the gap between human resources and marketing by developing strategic campaigns that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate knows how to tell our company’s story, showcase our workplace culture, and optimize recruitment channels
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to establish the company as an "Employer of Choice" in the industry.
- Recruitment Marketing: Partner with the talent acquisition team to create compelling job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Digital & Social Media Management: Manage company career pages (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) and social media channels to showcase employee testimonials, company culture, and corporate events.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging copy for career newsletters, blogs, brochures, and email marketing campaigns tailored to potential candidates.
- Campaign Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize reach and return on investment.
- Events & Outreach: Coordinate and represent the company at virtual/physical career fairs, university recruitment drives, and employer branding
- Employee Advocacy: Facilitate internal programs and communications that encourage current employees to act as brand ambassadors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, employer branding, corporate communications, or talent acquisition.
- Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content management systems (CMS), and basic graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Analytical: Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign analytics and derive actionable insights.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
