Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with retail stores through regular telephonic interactions, ensuring consistent engagement, driving business growth from existing accounts, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to build long-term relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- - Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with store managers and key retail contacts through regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts and maintain consistent engagement with stores.
- - Understand store requirements, business challenges, and growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to address them effectively.
- - Drive repeat business and identify opportunities to increase sales from existing retail partners.
- - Follow up on inquiries, orders, pending actions, and business opportunities to ensure timely closure.
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- - Track store activity, engagement levels, and business performance while ensuring CRM data accuracy and hygiene.
- - Generate periodic reports on store engagement, call performance, follow-up status, and account health.
- - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and engagement targets while maintaining high-quality client interactions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- -1 to 3 years of experience in CRM, client relationship management, tele-sales, inside sales, account management, or retail sales.
- - Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer interactions professionally.
- - Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- - Good proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and CRM tools.
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary Offered : 25-28K per month inhand
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
