Role Summary:
The Consultant Doctor is responsible for diagnosing hair and skin conditions, providing expert consultations, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct patient consultations by understanding concerns, medical history, and expectations.
· Diagnose hair and skin conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.
· Educate patients on available treatments, products, and expected outcomes.
· Utilize in-depth product and service knowledge to address patient queries effectively.
· Promote clinic services and products aligned with patient needs.
· Handle and resolve patient complaints by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Provide feedback to management regarding product/service improvements and market trends.
Collaborate with Branch Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / BSMS / BDS /
Valid medical registration/license

Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and good English communication

Training Policy
Mandatory offline training for up to 2 weeks
