Production Executive – Medical Devices

Job Summary
The Production Executive supports daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, packaging, inspection, and documentation of medical devices while ensuring compliance with quality standards, GMP, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, testing, packaging, and inspection of medical devices as per approved SOPs and work instructions.
- Operate production equipment and support line setup, changeovers, cleaning, and routine production activities.
- Meet daily production targets and report production issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.
- Follow ISO 13485, GMP, and company quality procedures; conduct in-process inspections and report deviations.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch records, logbooks, equipment usage logs, and cleaning records.
- Receive, verify, handle, store, and maintain traceability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
- Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and transfer finished goods as per procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, maintain cleanroom hygiene, and adhere to 5S practices.
- Support audits, training programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Secondary, ITI, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations are preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or related industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Attention to detail, quality awareness, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
