Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end contract management process for Civil, MEP, Finishing, and Infrastructure
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, service agreements, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, subcontractors, and specialized agencies based on technical and commercial assessments
- Conduct contractor prequalification and due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations, project milestones, and compliance requirements
- Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, disputes, extensions of time, and commercial settlements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
- Expertise in construction procurement and contract administration
- Knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and contractor ecosystem
- Ability to prepare and analyze comparative statements and cost evaluations
- Strong vendor development and relationship management skills
