Position Summary:
The Clinical Education & Training Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and
supporting continuing education programs that train dentists in guided dental implant surgery, prosthetics, and digital workflows using ROOTT technology. This role combines clinical expertise, digital workflow proficiency, and strong organizational capability to ensure consistent, high-quality dentist training experiences.
The specialist will coordinate hands-on live-patient courses, collaborate with universities and KOLs, manage LMS content updates, and support the sales team in achieving educational engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Training & Digital Workflow Education
Train ~75 dentists per month through live and digital programs covering guided implant
surgery, prosthetics, and digital CAD/CAM workflows (scanning, planning, printing).
Deliver clinical demonstrations using intraoral scanning, planning software, and 3D
printing tools.
Support dentists during hands-on sessions with live or model-based training.
2. Program Coordination & Execution
Organize and execute continuing education (CE) programs with the sales and marketing
teams.
Maintain complete knowledge of course curricula, training structures, and protocols.
Coordinate logistics, including material preparation, equipment setup, and inventory
management for each training.
3. Collaboration with Universities & KOLs
Partner with universities, dental academies, and training centers to schedule live patient
hands-on courses under ROOTT clinical workflow.
Manage communication and schedule alignment with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and
expert trainers.
4. Operations & Support
Prepare, distribute, and clean up materials for the “hands-on” portion of each course.
Coordinate shipment of models, instruments, implants, and education kits.
Maintain stock and process material requests through the internal inventory system.
5. Education Content & LMS Management
Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new training modules, case
videos, and strategy content.
Document attendance, course reports, and post-training feedback for continuous
improvement.
Provide internal staff training on new education content when required.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Dentistry or Equivalent Dental Technology field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in dental implantology, clinical education, or
training.
Strong understanding of guided surgery, implant prosthetics, and digital workflows
(CAD/CAM).
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM tools, and course management.
Fluent in English.
