Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant with 1–3+ years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and supporting business finance activities while ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare and file statutory returns and maintain compliance documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and applicable laws.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and controls.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 1–3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
