Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 Net per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Rotational)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and support culinary excellence at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational knowledge, and hands-on expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
- Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety guidelines
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth guest experience
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine
- Telugu language proficiency is mandatory
- Good team handling and kitchen management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
