We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in digital advertising, online marketing, and fashion/retail industry growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, driving sales, generating leads, and improving brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Create audience targeting strategies based on customer behavior, demographics, and market trends.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights.
- Work closely with the design and content team for ad creatives, social media campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Understand fashion trends, customer preferences, and designer categories to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
- Manage remarketing, retargeting, and conversion optimization campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
- Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, Designer, or D2C brands preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of e-commerce marketing and online sales funnels.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset with understanding of fashion branding and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate:
- Someone who has managed digital marketing for fashion brands, designer labels, apparel, or lifestyle products.
- Should have a strong understanding of paid marketing strategies and business growth through digital platforms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
