Senior Internal Audit Manager Job in Pune
We are hiring an experienced Senior Internal Audit Manager for a leading manufacturing organization based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Manufacturing Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, ERP Implementation, Compliance, and Process Audits.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving business processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Internal Audit assignments for manufacturing operations.
- Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across various business functions.
- Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify process gaps and recommend effective control improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company policies.
- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- Support ERP implementation, ERP migration, ERP scoping, and process validation.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Plant teams to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Internal Audit.
- Manufacturing Internal Audit experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation, ERP Migration, or ERP Scoping.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, Audit Planning, and Compliance.
- Experience conducting Operational Audits and Financial Audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple audit assignments independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA, Inter CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial, or Process Industries are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
