JOB TITLE: Webchat/ Voice Agent
DEPARTMENT: AGL Webchat / Messaging
LOCATION: Mumbai/Kolkata
REPORTS TO: Team Leader
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this job role is to handle chat / messaging conversations end to end on topics related to utilities (service related queries on Energy & gas ) and Energy & Telco ( Sales ) . By doing this, the individual need to maintain its KPIs on RESOLUTION, NPS, , Efficiencies, Sales conversion and response time.
Qualification & Skills:
- Non-technical full time Graduate / Undergraduate
- Not more than 2 years gap in Graduation and employment
- For Undergraduates – Minimum 18 months relevant experience is a must
- Willingness to work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morning shifts
- Comfortable to work from office
- Should have exposure to International customer base
- Excellent communication skills (Written / Verbal)
- Need to address customer queries over live chat / messaging
- Need to maintain chat quality
