Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) from customers accurately and promptly.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) in line with agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal Sales Heads for smooth communication and
execution.
- Plan dispatches as per customer requirements and order priority.
- Follow up on and monitor payment collections, ensuring timely receipts.
- Communicate with the Production Department for material readiness and updates.
- Prepare Test Certificates (TC) and ensure documentation is completed as required.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure timely invoice/bill generation.
- Regularly check and respond to company emails regarding customer enquiries, POs, and
follow-ups.
- Take accountability to manage and support CRM-related tasks in the absence of sub-coordinators
or team members, ensuring work continuity.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of order processing and billing
- Ability to handle internal and external follow-ups professionally

Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
- Prior experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations preferred
