Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive E-Rickshaw sales across Howrah, Kolkata, Hooghly, North 24 Parganas, and South 24 Parganas. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, customer acquisition, market expansion, and achieving monthly sales targets through extensive field activities. Similar EV sales roles emphasize dealer management, lead generation, field visits, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for E-Rickshaw sales.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
- Conduct market visits, customer meetings, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
- Generate retail and institutional sales leads.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, drivers, and local business owners.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and dealer outstanding follow-ups.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for customer satisfaction.
- Increase brand visibility through local promotional activities and events. These responsibilities align with common E-rickshaw and EV field-sales roles.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EV, Automobile
- E-Rickshaw / EV industry experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
