Location: Faridabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities for training and certification services of Sustainability through market research, database mining, and active lead follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure—for both training and certification offerings.
- Conduct cold calling, emailing, and follow-up communication to engage potential clients from internal and external databases.
- Approach prospective clients across domestic and international geographies to pitch company training and certification solutions.
- Coordinate with existing certification clients to cross-sell relevant training programs.
- Prepare and share customized training and certification quotations, proposals, and documents based on client needs.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified trainers/tutors globally to support training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training and certification assignments.
Competency Requirements
- Education: MBA (Fresher) or MBA Final Semester (preferred).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present professionally to clients.
- Sales Attitude: Self-driven, positive, and motivated with a go-getter approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use internet-based research tools.
- Additional: Interest or prior exposure to training/certification sales will be an added advantage.
