Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to handle crucial commercial, estimation, and tendering operations for construction projects based in Nagpur. Candidates must have a solid background working with construction firms with hands-on expertise in billing, cost estimation, and tender preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing: Prepare, check, and process contractor bills, running bills, client billing, and final settlements.
- Cost Estimation: Take off quantities, analyze rates, and prepare detailed cost estimates and material take-offs for construction projects.
- Tendering: Prepare tender documents, draft quotations, review bid specifications, and assist in submitting competitive tenders.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular material and financial reconciliations to ensure project cost control.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Professional civil engineering experience within construction firms.
- Domain Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience in Billing, Cost Estimation, and Tendering.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, measurement sheets, and relevant estimation tools.
- Location: Based in or willing to work in Nagpur.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Commensurate with current CTC and industry standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
