Logistics Coordination (International Market)
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments (air, sea, land)
- Handle export/import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.)
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations
Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare Proforma and Commercial Invoices
- Verify purchase orders with invoices
- Maintain records of invoices and dispatch documents
- Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups
Administrative Responsibilities (Including Bank Works)
- Handle daily office administration
- Coordinate with banks for transactions and cheque deposits
- Prepare bank-related documents (LC, transfers, etc.)
- Maintain company records and files
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of international logistics and export procedures
- Experience in invoicing and documentation
- Familiarity with ERP and MS Excel
- Good communication and multitasking skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- logistics cum admin: 1 year (Preferred)
