- Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit delivery partners for last-mile logistics operations.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field recruitment, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience in last-mile delivery partner hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience working with logistics, e-commerce, or hyperlocal delivery companies is preferred.
- Conduct field recruitment activities, including walk-in drives, referrals, and local sourcing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets (AOPs) as assigned.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for newly hired delivery partners.
- Monitor delivery partner attendance and maintain pincode-wise workforce availability.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure adequate staffing across service locations.
- Address salary-related queries from delivery partners by coordinating with the payroll and HR teams.
- Raise and follow up on email communications regarding payroll, attendance, and operational issues.
- Maintain and update the grievance tracker, ensuring employee concerns are recorded and resolved promptly.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and workforce reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
