Triplet International Tours & Travels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the company's travel, tourism, and study abroad operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the travels.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Monitor business performance and prepare operational and financial reports.
- Expand partnerships with airlines, hotels, universities, visa service providers, and travel partners.
- Oversee domestic and international tour package development and execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify new market opportunities and business expansion plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or study abroad industry.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
