Job Description
1. Daily Work Distribution and planning of daily activities in Quality control laboratory.
2. Review Analytical results of Routine analysis and calibration data, protocols and Reports of Method development and Validation.
3. Documentation of results with proper reference for audit and shelf life of the Product.
4. Planning of material dispatch and proper communication with related Team members.
5. Maintain instrument records as per Preventive maintenance and Calibration schedule.
6. Collaborate with team members and assist in training, troubleshoot experiments of new analysis technique enhance laboratory efficiency.
7. Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
8. Maintain Good Laboratory Practices and GMP in Laboratory.
9. Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments.
10. Maintain Chemical Stock in laboratory and indent as per requirements.
11. Perform routine analysis and laboratory experiments, provide accurate data to process Scientist and maintain documentation with proper Reference.
12. Maintain Good Laboratory Practices and GMP in Laboratory, Handling of Chemicals with safety equipment’s.
13. Prepare Normality solutions & standard Solutions as per SOP and maintain their Labels, Records.
14. Maintain and operate instrument as per SOP, Calibration and Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
15. Knowledge of activities in instrument lab & Wet lab like GC, HPLC, KF, pH meter, TLC, COD and Titration etc.
16. Trouble shooting of Instruments.
