Galaxy Pizza is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Server / Guest Service Associate to join our team. We are seeking candidates with a strong Food & Beverage service background, excellent English communication skills, and experience in premium restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality brands.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, guest service, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and upselling
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and cashier teams
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
Requirements Mandatory:
- 3–4 years of Food & Beverage (F&B) service experience
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Strong customer service and guest-handling abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with premium hospitality brands
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, fine dining, or QSR operations
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service standards
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience from reputed brands such as:
- Starbucks
- Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters
- Café Coffee Day
or premium hotels and restaurants will be given preference.
