Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Creative Designer to manage our brand’s social media presence and create engaging visual content for B2B webinar campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, experience with AI-powered design tools, and the ability to create high-quality digital content aligned with brand goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media pages including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with webinar campaigns
- Create graphics, banners, reels, and short-form videos using AI design tools such as Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and RunwayML
- Design event creatives, promotional posts, thumbnails, and story templates
- Monitor social media performance including reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Respond to social media comments and messages professionally
- Handle participant calls for webinar queries, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to maintain visual consistency across platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging creative tools
Requirements
- Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Experience using AI-based design tools and social media content creation platforms
- Good understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good sense of typography, color combination, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio of previous design or social media work is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
