About the job
All in Motion
Location: Mumbai/Pune
Experience: 4 to 6 years
ABOUT US
All in Motion is a global creative production company specialising in high impact videos
and design. With offices in Canada, India and Poland, we serve the communications
needs of leading businesses and brands. We provide a broad spectrum of solutions
from bespoke deliveries to integrated campaigns thanks to an award-winning, involved
in-house team.
We are a 50+ member team built on the belief that great creative thinking and sharp
execution can come from anywhere. Our work spans integrated campaigns, bespoke
brand films, motion design, and AI-driven production. Technology excites us. Culture
gives us purpose. And we take the craft seriously.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Storyboard Artist who can think visually before the camera rolls or
the timeline loads. You will work closely with our motion design and video production
teams to translate briefs, scripts, and ideas into clear, compelling storyboards that give
our creators a strong foundation to build from.
This role sits at the intersection of two workflows: animation/motion design, where you
are sketching out visual sequences for our designers to bring to life, and live-action
video, where you are working with stock footage and imagery to construct scene-byscene visual plans for our editors.
If you have a strong visual instinct, understand storytelling rhythm, and can work fast
without sacrificing quality, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Create detailed storyboards across multiple video formats: motion graphics,
illustration-led content, stock footage-based live action, and hybrid productions
– Translate creative briefs, scripts, and references into visual scenes that give
animators, motion designers, and video editors a clear production blueprint
– Work with stock image and footage libraries also to build storyboards for live-action
projects, helping editors visualize pacing, shot selection, and narrative flow before the
cut begins
– Collaborate with copywriters, creative leads, creative directors, and account
managers across the briefing and review process, from the first brief walkthrough to
final sign-off
– Apply client brand guidelines consistently, using the right color language, typography,
and layout logic in every frame
– Study briefs carefully, ask the right questions early, and flag potential visual or
narrative gaps before production begins
– Ensure every deliverable is on-brand, visually clear, and production-ready
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– 4–6 years of experience as a storyboard artist, visualizer, or illustrator in a creative
agency, production house, or studio environment
– A strong portfolio that demonstrates visual storytelling, not just illustration skill, but
an understanding of scene composition, camera logic, and narrative pacing
– Experience working on both animation/motion design projects and live-action or
stock-based video productions
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with other design or
storyboarding tools is a plus
– Sharp eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail. You notice when something is off and
know how to fix it.
– Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, manage feedback well, and
deliver on time
– Strong communication skills; you can articulate visual choices clearly and
collaborate well with creative and production teams
– A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required
if your portfolio speaks for itself
CORE TOOLS
– Adobe Photoshop
– Adobe Illustrator
– Any dedicated storyboarding or sketching tools you work with. Tell us in your
application.
