We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Tester to evaluate, validate, and improve the performance of AI-powered applications and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or AI testing, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Test AI/ML applications, chatbots, generative AI systems, and automation tools for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and validation strategies for AI models.
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, bias, and consistency.
- Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and model performance issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze model behavior and provide feedback to development and data science teams.
- Validate datasets, prompts, and training outputs to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to improve system performance.
- Prepare detailed test reports and quality metrics.
- Stay updated with AI testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or AI Testing.
- Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of bug-tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, biases, and quality issues in AI-generated outputs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing AI chatbots, LLMs, recommendation engines, or machine learning applications.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of model accuracy, precision, recall, and performance metrics.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.
