Job Description of Sr. MIS Executive
SAP Operations & Data Management
- Perform daily SAP data entry and transaction processing.
- Monitor and follow up on all SAP-related activities across departments.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP.
- Execute product costing runs and verify costing accuracy.
- Create and process Material Requisitions (MR) and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Resolve SAP-related errors and transaction issues.
Production Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Analyze production data and identify variances.
- Compare SAP data with actual production data and ensure accuracy.
- Generate management reports and MIS reports for decision-making.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare production planning schedules and monitor execution.
- Coordinate with all department heads (HODs) for timely completion of SAP entries.
- Guide departments regarding SAP processes and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with departments to ensure data updates are completed on time.
Variance Control & Reconciliation
- Verify SAP data against actual operational records.
- Identify and resolve stock, production, consumption, and inventory variances.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of SAP and actual data.
- Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and cleared promptly.
Master Data & Documentation
- Maintain department-wise master files and records.
- Update and manage centralized master reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all master data in SAP.
- Maintain documentation related to production, planning, costing, and inventory.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
