- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to optimize and enhance existing code for performance improvements within SAP HANA environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Capability to work with database procedures and SQL scripting within the SAP HANA platform.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
