Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, statutory compliance, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and applicable labor laws.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Complete employee joining formalities and orientation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee master data in the HRMS.
- Process confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Issue HR letters, including experience, service, and salary certificates.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and up to date.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance through the biometric system.
- Verify attendance, shifts, late arrivals, permissions, and overtime.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with department heads.
Payroll Support
- Prepare attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Verify salary deductions, overtime, incentives, and leave adjustments.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain employee records required for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate documentation related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of employee documents.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in conducting induction and training programs.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.
- Maintain performance appraisal records.
- Support the implementation of performance management activities.
HR Documentation
- Maintain HR registers and statutory records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support NABH documentation and HR audits.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (hospital experience preferred).
- Fresh MBA graduates with internship experience may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
