Job Title: Store Person / Store Keeper

Job Summary:
The Store Person is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished food products while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and expiry dates
- Maintain proper storage as per FIFO/FEFO standards
- Issue materials to production/kitchen as per requisitions
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or ERP)
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of re-order requirements
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of store areas as per FSSAI/HACCP norms
- Handle temperature-controlled storage (chiller/freezer)
- Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and wastage
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to maintain records and documentation
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred)
- Physically fit to handle materials
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in food industry stores preferred
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may be considered
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based work
- May involve cold storage handling
Salary:
- As per industry standards and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,314.42 - ₹28,640.99 per month
