Job Summary
The school is seeking a qualified and experienced PGT – Information Technology & Robotics to teach students of Classes IX to XII as per the CBSE curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology education, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students in robotics and innovation projects, and additionally managing CBSE and UDISE+ coordination activities for the school.
Key Responsibilities
A. Teaching Responsibilities (Classes IX–XII)
- Teach Information Technology, Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and related technology subjects for Classes IX to XII.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practical activities, and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions in the Computer and Robotics Lab.
- Train students in programming, computational thinking, coding, automation, electronics, and robotics applications.
- Guide students in technology projects, exhibitions, competitions, and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student academic records.
- Support students in developing problem-solving and analytical skills.
B. Robotics & IT Lab Responsibilities
- Plan and execute robotics/STEM activities for senior students.
- Maintain and manage computer systems, robotics kits, software, and lab resources.
- Ensure effective utilization and safety of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate technology-related activities and digital learning initiatives.
C. CBSE & UDISE+ Coordinator Responsibilities
- Act as the school coordinator for CBSE documentation and UDISE+ data management.
- Collect, verify, update, and submit school data through the UDISE+ portal.
- Maintain accurate records of:
o Student enrolment details
o Teacher and staff information
o School infrastructure and facilities
o Academic and administrative data
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, and office staff for timely data collection.
- Prepare and submit CBSE-related reports, online forms, and compliance documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all CBSE/UDISE requirements.
Required Qualifications
o Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications / related field
o B.Ed. qualification preferred (as per CBSE norms)
o Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum for Classes IX–XII.
o Knowledge of programming, robotics, AI, and emerging technologies.
o Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and online data management systems.
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience teaching PGT Computer Science / IT / Robotics for Classes IX–XII preferred(min. 5 years)
- Experience handling CBSE portals, UDISE+, and school documentation will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage both teaching and administrative responsibilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
