Role & responsibilities The Business Development Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives for a Business School, focusing on generating high-quality student leads in the education sector. With a blend of digital marketing expertise and hands-on creative skills, the role also oversees the admissions team to convert inquiries into successful enrolments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation (SEO, Google Ads, Meta platforms).
- Create compelling ad creativesvideos, graphics, and copyfor social media campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions funnel, working closely with the admissions team to nurture leads and secure enrolments.
- Analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
- Lead and mentor the admissions team to ensure alignment to achieve enrolment goals.
- Student Handling and Student Co ordination.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education Qualification: A full-time MBA graduate.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in the education sector.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta ads, Google Ads, and digital lead funnels.
- Strong creative skillsability to lead shoots, editing, and content production.
- Proven track record managing a admissions team.
- Data-driven mindsetmeasuring performance and iterating for success.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
