Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and understand their requirements for MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple products.
- Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements, product preferences, and budget.
- Provide basic product information and guide customers towards suitable Apple products.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the Sales Team based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the store/sales team for scheduled customer visits.
