Lab Attendant – Electroplating
Qualification
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Certification in Electroplating/Chemical Analysis (Preferred)
Experience
- 4–6 years in an Automatic Electroplating Plant, preferably in the hand tools industry.
Job Purpose
To monitor electroplating bath chemistry, conduct laboratory testing, maintain process parameters, and ensure consistent coating quality through timely analysis and process control.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor electroplating bath parameters (pH, temperature, metal concentration, additives, conductivity).
- Perform chemical analysis and prepare standard solutions.
- Maintain laboratory records, calibration, and chemical consumption reports.
- Support production by troubleshooting plating defects and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve defect-free electroplating.
Technical Skills

- Salt Spray Test and coating evaluation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
