Opening for Project & Operations Coordinator – IT Services

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support coordination activities across procurement, delivery, projects, billing, and support functions within our IT services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in procurement activities by coordinating with vendors for quotations and order follow-ups
· Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
· Maintain basic records of procurement and inventory
· Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for product dispatch and delivery to client locations
· Follow up on deliveries and report any delays or issues
· Support project coordination by maintaining trackers and updating task status
· Assist technical teams in scheduling and ensuring readiness for project execution
· Maintain basic project documentation
· Assist in billing coordination by collecting required documents such as PO, delivery notes, and confirmations
· Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing
· Follow up internally for pending billing-related documentation
· Support daily service and support coordination by tracking tickets and updating status
· Escalate issues to the concerned team when required
· Maintain basic service logs and reports
· Assist in general office administration and internal coordination across teams
· Maintain organized records, files, and MIS reports
Key Skills Required:
· Good communication and follow-up skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Basic knowledge or interest in IT infrastructure/networking
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel
· Basic proficiency in accounting
Experience & Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Reporting:
· Reports to Operations Manager
· Works closely with Sales, Technical, and Accounts teams
