We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, coordinating communications, maintaining records, managing registrations, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle incoming emails, correspondence, and telephone inquiries.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate course registrations, candidate records, and certification processes.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with data entry and record management.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in administration, office management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with CRM, registration software, or database management is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Email management and customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of online registration and documentation systems.
