We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Placement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating placements, building relationships with employers, sourcing suitable job opportunities, and assisting candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and placement activities for various job openings.
- Communicate with client companies to understand hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between employers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining and maintain placement records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job seekers.
- Achieve placement targets and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Handle candidate documentation and maintain recruitment databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, placement, HR, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
