We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Marketing Manager to manage global client interactions and drive business across the complete enquiry-to-cash cycle.
This role involves close coordination with international customers and principals (vendors), ensuring seamless communication, efficient order execution, and strong client servicing.
The position is ideal for someone who is analytical, process-driven, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry & Lead Management
Generate, maintain, and update enquiry trackers using Excel.
Handle international enquiries with proper documentation.
Ensure timely responses and consistent follow-ups with clients.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between customers and principals (vendors).
Manage communication through professional email correspondence.
Coordinate technical discussions, clarifications, and approvals.
Technical & Commercial Handling
Prepare and review datasheets, technical specifications, and comparison statements.
Support tender preparation, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations
Order Execution (End-to-End Ownership)
Manage the complete enquiry-to-cash cycle including enquiry evaluation, quotation
submission, order finalization, documentation, delivery coordination, dispatch, and
payment follow-ups
Documentation & Client Servicing
Draft professional emails for quotations, clarifications, delivery updates, and
extensions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in international marketing / B2B sales / coordination roles
Skills: Strong MS Excel skills, analytical ability, and professional email communication
Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills
Experience in tendering processes and B2B sales
Basic understanding of engineering/electrical products
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and communication
