Key Responsibilities:-
1. Experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Recovery, or Customer Follow-up roles preferred #NBFC, #Banking, #FinTech #Vehicle #Finance, or Loan Collections will be an added advantage
2. Strong communication skills
3. Ability to handle collection follow-ups and customer coordination professionally
4. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
5. Handle outbound collection and reminder calls
6. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and recovery resolution
7. Maintain positive customer interaction while achieving collection targets
8. Update collection records and maintain daily follow-up reports
