Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Working Time: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
