- 0-5 years experience with excellent communication skills, ability to conduct activities for preschool kids.
- Teach through stories, rhymes, games & play-based activities
- Ensure child safety, hygiene & emotional well-being
- Track student progress and update parents regularly
- Conduct celebrations, events & parent meetings
- Ability to act as a positive role model and build rapport with young children.
- Strong understanding of developmental psychology and play-based pedagogy.
- Flexibility and ability to manage a high-energy environment.
- Maintain safety and ensures the welfare of all enrolled children, supervision of children during all activities.
- Added advantage: Minimum knowledge on digital marketing, ability to edit video clippings.
